Created in 2013, the Gitmaxmak'ay Nisga'a Economic Development Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary designed to operate the Society's portfolio of social enterprises at arms-length from politics. All profits that are not re-invested in growing the businesses go towards Nisga'a language & culture revitalization.
